If you've successfully paid for content on Numerology.AI but cannot access the content, please consider the following steps:
Verify Payment Status: Ensure that the payment has been debited from your account. Sometimes, due to technical issues at the bank's end or intermittent internet connectivity, the payment might not be processed successfully. If the amount has been debited, please wait, as it can take 2-3 days to reflect in our system. If not, the amount should be credited back to your account.
Check Your Account: Log in to your Numerology.AI account and navigate to the "My Courses" section to see if the course is listed.
